1. What Scorance is

Scorance is an educational and informational stock-scanning tool. It surfaces technical price-action setups filtered by historical expectancy data. It does not place trades, manage money, or provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Nothing shown in Scorance is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset.

2. No financial advice, no guaranteed results

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any setup, symbol, or strategy shown in Scorance is not indicative of future results. Expectancy figures are calculated from historical trade data and do not guarantee similar outcomes going forward. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login access secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
You can cancel anytime from your account's "Manage billing" page. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
Prices may change; we'll give notice before any change takes effect on your account.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to circumvent usage limits, resell access, reverse-engineer the service, or use it in a way that disrupts other users or our infrastructure.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Scorance is provided "as is." Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. We don't warrant that scans will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular setup will occur or perform as historically described.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scorance and its operator aren't liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
